So they can be tasty and easy – but they are often costly and unhealthy. To help you to avoid the urge of eating out try cooking more than you need and freezing it. That way next time you have a day when nothing goes right, you will have a meal on hand so you don’t get tempted with takeaways. Save takeaways and meals out as special treats.
